When you first open the package, the pillow may have a "foamy" smell, as we package it quickly after production. However, our memory foam is certified by CertiPUR-US, and using the pillow directly is not harmful. If the odor bothers you, you can remove the pillow core from the pillowcase and let it air out for 2 days, or simply wash the pillowcase. This smell will fade away.

The firmness of the pillow may feel unusual at first, as you may be accustomed to your previous pillow. Medical research shows that it typically takes 2 weeks to get used to a new pillow. The medium-firm memory foam we use, certified by CertiPUR-US, provides superior support for your neck and head, and is durable and safe.

Each layer of our adjustable thin memory foam pillow has an inner pillowcase to protect the foam from damage while adjusting the height. This also prevents the layers from sticking together. The removable and machine-washable cover is made of a soft, hypoallergenic, and breathable material (60% polyester, 40% rayon derived from bamboo) that can wick away moisture and help you stay cool.

We recommend keeping the memory foam at a room temperature of 15 to 20 degrees for optimal softness. Our pillows are suitable for side, back, and stomach sleepers, with four customizable height options (1.2", 2.4", 3.6", and 4.8") to find the "just right" position and relieve neck or back pain.
